STREET FUNK

Ican Street Funk is a modern dance class for adults, intermediates and children. There are classes for beginners, advanced students and people who like a challenge. Street Funk is a high energy, aerobic dance to help with your fitness and motivation.

ICAN CONTEMPORARY DANCE

This is an exhilarating and stylish form of dance which gives an excellent base in Dance Technique without the rigidity of classical Ballet..Developed in the 20th century, modern dance broke away from a formal tradition (Ballet) to pioneer an experimental,  free- form way of moving. .This class is Cunningham base, going back to the basics. Giving emphasis to the clarity, co-ordination and breath of the movement. You will improve your flexibility and range of movement; increase your core strength with hits beautiful and fluid style of dance..
